My name is Jessica Harper. I was born and raised in Oliver Springs. I received my bachelor’s degree from Tennessee Tech and my master’s degree from Carson Newman. I have been teaching elementary school for 9 years. I am the cheerleading coach at Oliver Springs High School. I love this community, and I am so excited to be part of the staff at Dyllis Springs!
